As part of an enhanced new strategy of the business, the company is looking for an ambitious individual who would come in as an HR professional to look after the implementation of a new business partnering model.
The role will involve advising on HR matters, bringing in new ideas and working closely with the management team and all the internal stakeholders of the division.
This generalist role will focus on understanding and working on the needs of the business in terms of Manpower planning, assisting in the recruitment process, a good approach to employee relations, developing employee engagement strategies and increasing retention, managing the full performance management process and training and development as well as being involved in all other HR functions. All of these responsibilities should be handled and aligned with the new strategy and structure.
