- To be the single point of responsibility for managing the Human Resources functional community in Dur Hospitality. The role will be responsible for the development of HR capability and support a range of cross-functional activities, such as implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Value Planning, HR Saudization Planning, capability development of Saudi National HR employees, and any cross-functional project work.
- To development the HR functional model - this includes (1) development, implementation and maintenance of an HR career path; (2) development and maintenance of an HR functional capability frameworks; (3) development and maintenance of all HR functional job descriptions.
- To support HR Management with resource planning / forecasting including coordinating recruitment needs, ensuring timely and appropriate recruitment is undertaken.
- To create an accurate and timely provision of all required functional data e.g. organisation charts, budget levels, headcount data, succession planning data, Saudization plan data.
- To initiate functional statistics and data for review by HR Management e.g. Saudization levels, resourcing reports, capability progress.
- To maintain and ensure regular reviews of the Functional Resource Requirement Plans (including baseline, growth, vacancies etc.).
- To activate management of the HR Saudization Plan, monitoring, advising, liaising across the function and reporting on progress.
- To ensure implementation of succession plans for all key positions.
- To ensure fair and transparent assessment of the capability of all HR employees.
- To monitor functional targets and provide regular management information and data, including scorecard inputs, resourcing data, functional headcount data, and headcount budgets.
- To manage any large projects across the HR function - a good example is the Employee Opinion Survey.
