My client a leading Food Business located in Riyadh are seeking someone to work in the HR Specialist Position which will include the following:
Review, execute and follow up the manpower and recruitment activities,
report the progress on a monthly basis.
Maintain the hiring process and ensure policies and procedures are
adhered to
Review and process all staffing requests
Activate and improve the hiring services and relations, dealing with
local and overseas recruitment agencies according to contracts and agreements
Implementing and following the Saudization programs and targets, dealing
with the Ministry of Labour (MOL) and the Human resources development Fund
(HRDF)
Review and implement all HR Operations and Employee services according
to the Labor Law, MOL Systems, governmental regulations, and the internal
policies and procedures.
Support and follow up on training plans, report back on a monthly basis
and maintain training standards.
Consolidate annual appraisal results and review annual bonus sheets
