Job Description:
-Perform the assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities in accordance the company policies.
-Ensuring safe working practice and care for environment by compliance with the guidelines set up in company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and food safety policies.
-Perform tasks in safely manner as stated in policies and procedures to avoid time and product losses.
-Evaluate incoming packaging Material deliveries to cheek conformity against approved standard specifications, charts, and samples to achieve key factors. Report any deviation to the Quality Control Supervisor.
-Identify and sample each batch in production and packaging Material deliveries according to agreed sampling standard and ensure the samples are correctly labeled.
-Monitor product quality in all stages of backing for conformance to the standard specifications and report any deviation to the Quality Control Supervisor.
-Implement quarantine methods with proper identification for all non-conforming products and packaging materials with approval of Quality.
