Responsible for customer deliveries.
Responsible for cheque collection .
Responsible for material collection and printing materials from Suppliers.
Responsible for import shipment clearance for KSA and make sure timely payment release for clearing agent.
Co-ordination with other branches for the material requirements.
Handling walk-in customer.
Posting MRN, Stock Issue and Stock receipt in SAP.
Distribution of newly arrived material as per the pending LPO report.
Responsible for reduction of outbound and demurrage charge.
Planning and scheduling the leave for logistics team .
Responsible for maintenance of the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) .
Responsible for storage of delivery related documents both physically and electronically (DMS) and submit to finance whenever required.
Supervision of logistics & warehousing team .
Responsible for timely submission of daily MIS (Pending LPO) .
Handling customer complaints calls from customers and sales team related to deliveries.
Handling Procurement function in the absence of procurement staff .
