Job Main Functions:
Legal & Compliance:
• Review and update for approval by the Management the Policy and Procedures in the light of changes to the Labor Law and ensure all employees are aware of the changes to follow up constantly new regulations.
• Ensure the safety of employee, compliance of the law, adherence to Benaa's policy and standards.
Recruitment:
• Design and administer the recruitment process cycle and update the process steps as needed.
• Innovate and conduct the New Employee Orientation.
Performance & Evaluation:
• Administer and follow-up the Employee management System.
• Support the training and development plan of the employee
Compensation & Benefits:
• Retention Plan; Be Creative!
Employee Relations:
• Design the systematic application of Personnel Policies and procedures
• Provide support in all employee administration matters.
