Job Purpose (Summary Statement of the Job):
Responsible for implementing the company's marketing and sales plans, while ensuring the efficient operation of all sales, operating and administrative functions within the assigned store location. Authority in this position is open and freedom to act is limited only by approved policies and procedures and budgets under the direction of the General Manager.
Job Tasks (Accountabilities):
1. To implement and maintain the level of merchandise, signage, store promotions and store hygiene.
2. To communicate all issues to the General Manager.
3. To reduce losses by making effective control.
4. Staff motivation by continuous interaction with the employees.
5. Lead team towards customer satisfaction through attractive displays, product-knowledge.
6. To lead store team towards continuous innovation.
7. To ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all physical assets and equipment.
Administration
1. To ensure that all administrative procedures and system are fully operational in accordance to the company's policy and procedures.
2. To work closely with the HRD to ensure the percentage of Saudization are well maintained and all government requirements are being met.
3. Building good relationships with the Head Office departments by interacting to all means of communication available.
4. To ensure all receiving procedures are fully and accurately implemented and manage by improving staff competencies and skills.
5. To control quality and standards.
6. To develop workforce.
7. Act professionally.
8. Result oriented.
9. Efficient establishment, development and smooth running of store operation in line with short and long term goals of the company.
General
1. Be trained and prepared for the extra responsibilities whenever it may be required.
2. Be a flexible, active and motivated member of the store team.
3. To create teamwork spirit in the store.
4. Help to understand the company's Mission, Vision & Values.
