Job Summary
work with broad latitude to establish and accomplish the goals of a- unit/program. An employee in this class is responsible for liaison and public relations assignments, which includes contact with the public, officials and top-level management. A person in this position provides administrative, project, and executive support to assigned department as well as oversees and coordinates the activities of the office.

Principal Duties
1. overseeing and administering the day-to-day activities of the office.
2.Supervising the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.
3. performing research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine
letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
4. Coordinating the disposition and/or resolution of individual problems and disputes involving staff as they
arise.
5. providing assistance in the understanding and interpretation of department policies and procedures, as
appropriate.
6. Ensuring that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
7. Establishes and maintains a record, filing or registration system(s).
8. Collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. district and building administratots,
supervisors, a variety of committees, etc.) for the purpose of serving as a liaison and resource in identi&ing
wide-spectrum of needs within the NNI administration.
g. Develops individual administrative tasks, as requested, (e.g. variety of resources, job descriptions, etc.).
10. Organize and facilitate international collaboration projects and meetings.
11. Evaluates administrative functioning and processes.
12.Facilitates a variety of meetings and activities (e.g. school-site meetings, training, updates on HR processes
and legal requirements, etc.) for the purpose of presenting and disseminating necessary information for
making decisions and enhancing excellent customer service.
13. Maintains a variety of manualhd electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date
reference and complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
14. Monitors administrative and other costs for the purpose of enstring services are provided in compliance
with department and NNI budget objectives and guidelines.
15. Propose and establsih new business proposals as required by the NNI administration.
16. Researches a variety of information (e.g. courses, materials, training consultants, etc.) for the pu4rose of
developing new programs that meet NNI administrative, clinical and research needs.
