Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
To assist the Business Development Manager for all the Business Development and Marketing activities for the Food and Beverages sector, which contains:-
► Develop development of marketing and business development strategies for Food and Beverages Sector business
► Develop milestones and plans for the Business Development and Marketing department to achieve its goal.
► Develop the annual budget for the Business Development and Marketing department and ensure cost and expenditure are within the set budget.
► Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives, as applicable to Business Development and Marketing, and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department.
► Manage the implementation and improvement of the business development and marketing guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure compliance across all departments.
► Coordinates and oversees all marketing, promotional and advertising campaigns and provides management with feedback regarding the outcomes of the same.
► Oversees activities directly related to existing products or providing enhanced services to business customers.
► Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
► Prepares reports concerning customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Marketing & CRM :-
► Responsible to manage high rate of customer satisfaction.
► Responsible for planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of customer retention campaigns.
► Responsible for develop long term strategic objectives for CRM programs
► Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive customer database and customer relationships
► Monitor the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, communications programs and strategies.
► Oversee external sales promotion in local and international market.
► Manage the preparation and design of marketing materials, brochures, catalogues, manual etc
► Oversee the advertising and marketing activities of Food and Beverages sector.
