Design Management & Optimization Spearhead the comprehensive review of feasibility studies, design schemes, calculations, and detailed engineering drawings submitted by consultants or Joint Venture (JV) partners. Drive value engineering and technical optimization to ensure structural integrity, safety, cost-effectiveness, and smooth project execution. Bidding & Tendering Technical Support Provide robust technical support and subject matter expertise during project bidding, tendering, and pre-construction phases. Analyze client technical requirements, establish design criteria, identify engineering risks, and formulate highly competitive, innovative technical bidding proposals. Standards & Quality Compliance Ensure all infrastructure design deliverables strictly comply with division-wide technical standards, contractual obligations, and client requirements. Act as the primary authority on international maritime and transportation engineering design codes. Knowledge Management & Best Practices Actively participate in the formulation, update, and standardization of division-wide technical guidelines. Contribute to the continuous development of internal knowledge systems, lessons learned repositories, and engineering best practices to elevate the regional team's technical capabilities.
