KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS
1- Branches Development Projects Planning:
# Direct branches development projects activities from early project conception through planning, design, construction, start-up, commissioning, transfer to operations staff, and close-out.
# Define project goals, objectives and critical success factors, ensuring they align with the project’s commercial strategies.
# Manage the development of technical engineering deliverables associated with assigned projects including the management of technical scope, schedule, and budget.
2- Project Budget:
# Coordinate with Finance and other departments over Budget and retail banking KPI’s for the infrastructure project and operations.
# Identify, evaluate and seek approval from the top management for branches development / re-location plan.
# Manages project budget and monitor activities of contractors to bring the project within time and budget.
3- Monitoring & Auditing:
# Provides the necessary support for on-going projects to ensure that their activities are in compliance with the standards set during the initial beginning of the construction phase and ensure that braches facilities & equipment are complied with operational risk policy & SAMA regulations.
# Accountable for the safe and successful completion of projects in compliance with regulations and within established standards and other project management parameters.
4- Branches Designs
# Participates in the designing of branches layout and interior design as required and oversees and supervises the installation of the building systems & equipment.
# Oversee the structural & facilities plans to verify some dangers of weight, traffic flow and general safety of the tenants.
5- Branches Requirements
# Prepares & deliver all branches equipment requirements for maintaining electrical, mechanical, civil, air conditioning and general housekeeping and up keeping of the branches.
6- Reporting
# Develops management reports which detail project performance in terms of cost and schedule
# Highlight any cost overrun risks to the project and plans to minimize their impact.
# Prepare and manage all branches statistical reports and dashboards to support management to take the right decisions.
