1. Has full responsibility of the Purchasing Department.
2. Responsible for purchasing Raw materials, Spare Parts, and any purchases required by the company.
3. Oversees supervision of the Resin Store section.
4. Follow up on Order Requisition(s) raised by every Department/Section of the company (local & foreign).
5. Review list of suppliers and prepare inquiry for appropriate supplier on items requested.
6. Responsible for reviewing and selection of best offers from quotations received.
7. Follow up of order raised by the company and ensure the item will be received as required by the requisitioner.
8. Preparing customs exemption and insurance (if required) for any item purchased outside the Kingdom and arrange documents for customs purposes needed to release the item(s).
9. Ensure that Operations will have sufficient stock of raw materials, packaging materials and other items, to avoid machine stoppage due to lack thereof.
10. Preparing payment requisitions for materials and items ordered.
11. Coordinate with Production Department during weekly meetings by reviewing priority items required by them and status of the ordered materials.
