We are seeking to recruite a dynamic and professional chief accountant to join our fit - out Contracting Company. The company has established growth and development strategy and aim to position itself as one of the most advanced Interior fit-out solutions providers in managing and executing diversified projects types such as hotels, shops, restaurants, commercial, residential, Offices, Villas and others.
The successful candidate will handle the following responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate processing of general ledger entries.
• Preparation of company financial statements.
• Maintain the accounting data related to the projects from start to end.
• Perform a key role in the cost budgeting and projects bidding process.
• Analyzes actual costs versus standard costs and prepares variance analysis reports.
• Project accounting functions including preparing the budget and cash flow forecast for each projects and the consolidation on the company level.
• Perform the cost-control activities and prepare the cost breakdown sheets in full coordination with the technical/operational team.
• Monitor the progress of the projects activities on a regular basis and coordinate with the operation department to process the billing and submit the invoices as per the agreements/contracts.
• Cash flow control and monitor on daily bases. Follow up the collection upon submitting the invoices and communicate effectively with the subcontractors and vendors and process their payments according to the schedule.
• Prepare regular reports including projects summaries, projects P&L, projects Cash Flow and consolidated reports.
• Other duties.
