Mantech Co Ltd are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team where you will work directly with the Directors in Damman, Saudi Arabia.
Mantech are a distribution company and real-estate company founded in the 1980’s and are one the pioneers of in-door Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) in the Middle-East. They operate 8 FEC’s in Saudi Arabia which is a highly successful business generating a strong cash flow, they are now looking to expend and open new stores as well as bringing new concepts to the market.
Role:
As the Finance Manager and working alongside the directors you will be heading up the day to day financial activities including the preparation of month end accounts, bank and balance sheet
reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, audits and year end statutory accounts. You will also be responsible for setting and checking targets
and monitoring the performance of each department within the business in line with their set budgets.
Your role as the Finance Manager will be to implement and maintain all financial controls and systems within the business, identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and
improvements to working practices and procedures including Financial and business and could cover IT. In addition your responsibilities as the Finance Manager include payroll, insurance policies and debt management.
Your primary day to day tasks will include:
- Overseeing all tax and regulatory compliance issues
- Preparing and submitting information to the statutory authorities
- Liaising with external advisors on the preparation of statutory financial information
- Preparing monthly accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Preparation of the annual statutory Accounts
- Preparation of Tax computations (VAT and corporation Tax)
- Preparing Payroll figuresProducing Cash flow statements
- Managing insurances
- Developing the forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
- Reviewing the company internal controls
- Annual Budgeting
- Building relationships with banks
