My client, a well-established bank in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for Senior Risk Modelling Manager.
Job Title: Senior Risk Modelling Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead the development, validation and implementation of Basel 2 compliant risk rating, scenario analysis and economic capital models, ensuring compliance with the Basel 2 Internal Rating Based (IRB) approach across the bank's asset portfolios.
Build and enhance credit risk models used in application and account management as well as to determine PD, EAD, LGD, segmentation and other credit risk models.
Drive the development of models to support risk based pricing, portfolio management and risk appetite setting and monitoring.
Qualifications:
6-8 years proven risk modeling and/or credit risk management experience
Strong knowledge of developing first or second generation corporate and retail models for low default portfolios would be a distinct advantage.
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial services analytics and Basel II IRB-A compliance requirements.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics or related field; Masters Degree preferred.
Experience with model development and monitoring as well as in the implementation of credit risk scoring systems and documentation is preferred.
