MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as first line of communications and supervision between the Office and the Field.
• Carry out policy and procedure in operations, as formulated by the company Vice Chairman.
• Analyze sales and other reports making recommendations by corporate persons as necessary.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of all trainings.
• Participate in setting up of Sales Objective with Marketing & Sales Team .
• Communicate regularly with direct supervision on issues relating to Sales, Product, Customer Relations, Marketing, Facilities, Personnel and any other matters relating to the smooth and successful operations.
• Monitor the procedures to ensure they are being followed and achieving their purpose.
• Oversee routine purchases and extraordinary purchases within limits.
• Approve samples sent for possible purchase.
• Select the correct roast profile for each coffee variety, test and approve all flavorings, Monitors product quality and service.
• Helps set and then works to meet performance goals for the Units with the Operations Manager.
• Works to design and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of developments in the coffee industry with a goal of keeping company in the cutting edge.
• Provide the first line of Customer Service to persons calling on the office by phone in person.
• Take and process orders from the Company, Franchise or wholesales accounts.
• Process and reports Franchise Development.
• Maintain Franchise receivables and Contract Agreements.
• Control all corporate cash flow.
• Review balance sheet accounts and income statements.
• Responsible in preparing yearly budget for consumables.
• To ensure that the future vision and mission can be achieved for the company growth.
