The Automotive Division is currently eparking on an aggressive 5 years expansion planAbout the role:
* § Overall performace for all HRSS team within the east provice and Riaydh.
* Ensure the implementation across the BU and conformance to the HR strategic guidelines, policies and procedures established at corporate, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Supervise government relation department in terms of the delivery of service and quality of it, monitor how responsive the department is to the queries and support, and seek ways to enhance it.
* Implement organisational development initiatives inline with corporate objectives and requirements
* Act as a representative of the HR function, providing day to day HR support to employees and management
* Support HRBP with functional requirements
About Individual:
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred in a similar role.
Education:
Graduate or post graduate degree, preferably in the field of HR.
Job-Specific Skills:
Good communication skills, adaptability, planning & organizing, assertiveness, interpersonal, time management
