Our client, a multinational company from IT industry is looking for HR Manager who will repot to HR Director and will be in charge of the following areas:
- Recruitment & Talent acquisition
- Compensation & Benefits
- Payroll and Administration
The candidate should have good understaning of all of these areas + hands on experience in at least one of them.
HR Manager will participate in implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in order to guarantee efficient operations of human capital.
