Plans, develops and manage company training programs based on company objectives and enhance employee competency to ensure that they performed their tasks in professional way
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.Identifying (TNA) training and development needs within an organization.
b.Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
c.Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses.
d.Identify “core competencies” of workforce.
e.Preparing the training budget based on the company needs and the distribution among department.
f.Implementing the training courses and evaluate the outcomes.
g.Conducting continuous orientation programs for new comers.
h. Holding (OJT) on job training for the essential production departments employees.
i.Cooperating with universities in Coop Student program to take their training in the company.
j.Helping in Self learning development like (on line courses).
k.Responding to any consultancy required from the internal customer in development and learning.
l.Solving all training operational issues.
m.Keeping training materials up to date.
n.Preparing the training reports for top management.
o.Managing training team and motivate them effectively.
p.Establish Vendor relationship and monitoring the technical contract like Riyadh polytechnic institute project.
q.Matching the company objectives with training courses and to achieve the ultimate goals.
r.Increasing the employee skills and competency through specialized courses.
s.Drives Strategic and learning initiatives for the organization by assisting in the development and delivery of key programs designed to enhance the business acumen, selling skills, management and product knowledge.
