JOB PURPOSE:
Responsibility for the provision of a seamless
Resourcing service to the Company in KSA and for managing to a conclusion all
Resourcing issues.
Job ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide a consultative and advisory service to
customers on all aspects of Resourcing in KSA (e.g. recruitment advertising, selection, administration, testing and assessment), ensuring that the Company
complies with the relevant Corporate, Business Unit and KSA or legislative
frameworks.
- Ownership and maintenance of the Company's resourcing and induction policies / processes (e.g. Resourcing policy, KSA
& UK induction packs, Employee Referral Scheme), and associated documentation
(e.g. competency-based question bank, testing forms, induction documentation),
to ensure that they are relevant, accurate and support the Company's needs;
- Ownership of the Company's recruitment web site and maintenance of all resourcing material
- Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to
the resourcing team.
- Specialist advice on the latest testing and
assessment (e.g. OPQ, SHL) techniques to support the effective selection of suitable candidates;
- Responsible for owning the Company's
outplacement and job search process for all employees;
- The effective dissemination and communication of all Resourcing services.
- Responsible for reporting and continuously
improving all resourcing metrics
- Responsible for establishing and managing the resourcing budget
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining
relationships with external bodies (e.g. Universities, cultural centres and
recruitment agencies)
