SUMMARY
To oversee and coordinate the recruitment function for all departments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To comply with the HR Service Level Agreement for Recruitment
2. To ensure that all Saudi Diesel positions have a valid Job Description
3. To act as the main point of contact with local and overseas Agencies
4. To source CVs, from KSA or overseas, in a timely manner
5. To arrange 1" interviews for candidates
6. To arrange 2"and subsequent interviews, as required
7. To conduct 1" interviews (with other assistance if required)
8. To arrange and conduct the initial "standard tests" for candidates
9. To arrange and attend if required, and subsequent interviews
10. To issue rejection letters/emails
11. To ensure legal compliance with Iqamas, NOCs and visas
12. To arrange medical checks for new or existing staff
13. To issue Offer Letters and Employment Contracts
14. To maintain and improve Saudi Diesel Saudisation targets
15. To carry out any other HR tasks as may reasonably be requested by the HR Manager, including providing cover for other HR Officers in their absence.
