- Be responsible for own safety while working on the project and to initiate actions aimed at achieving the highest quality services in providing Khidmah’s services to the client in compliance with the laws and regulation of the country and the project.
- To coordinate and direct document control for establishing necessary references for all project documents used and to ensure that only relevant documents are used at intended point of use.
- Liaise with client counterpart and advise Khidmah Contract manager on all quality assurance/control issues.
- To demonstrate and promote Quality Assurance leadership in process flow and forms documentation at contract site in line with QMS, EMS and OHSMS, interfaces of various company processes with SAP/Maximo or any other ERP system.
- To ensure all Khidmah personnel understand the process flow through awareness workshops or sessions and comply with all Quality Safety and environmental requirements.
- To communicate, the new processes with associated templates used and process changes to process owners and relevant stakeholders within a process and get a feedback from all employees.
- To support Khidmah personnel on QA documentations as is required from time to time and to have established controls over Document and record controls.
- To provide adequate information, instructions, supervision and training to Khidmah employees in matters related to QA process flows, templates and procedures.
- Report QA non conformities and follow ups on implementing controls and corrective/preventive actions to mitigate the risks.
- To provide QA support on-site as required for documentations of process flows, forms and procedures, checklists reporting templates etc.
- To ensure all reporting templates meets Khidmah’s site and customer requirements in a timely manner.
- To coordinate with Contract Managers/Supervisors and Client Managers/Supervisors to ensure that compliance to regulatory requirements and instructions from regulatory authorities are met.
- Manage HSQE management processes procedures and forms update in line with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and LEED requirements.
- Follow ups on Key Quality KPIs compliances for the site on a monthly basis.
- Liaise with call center and onsite team for any quality incidents and major complaints received from tenants to register follow up and close out related nonconformities.
- To provide HSQE support on-site as required for subcontractor inductions.
- To ensure all monthly reporting meets Khidmah’s requirements in a timely manner.
