A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Corporate Communications Assistant. This position will be reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager Marketing & Corp Comms
JOB PURPOSE:
Support in operational tasks’ handling and execution of all KSA Marketing & Corp Comms activities, liaising with cross-functional teams in office for effective and efficient process flow management and document processing/storage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Handling, recording and processing of all KSA Marketing and Corporate Comms documents through necessary processing channels
• Preparing periodic reports with analysis (PowerPoint and Excel) and maintain updated database of all department’s projects, activities, reports, documents and management approvals
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholder functions, within office and with KSA Dealers’ in order to ensure efficient projects’ flow within the Department
• Liaise effectively with third party agencies for tracking payments, project status’s and complete documentary requirements as per Business process guidelines
• Liaise effectively with Finance department for efficient handling of all third-party payments in order to avoid payment delays for any project
• Liaise effectively with teams in recording and processing all management approval documents as per budgetary guidelines
• Support in managing, organizing and coordinating communications and tasks deliverables of KSA team through periodic performance reviews and checks
• Liaise effectively
• Monitoring and tracking MarComms budget to ensure maximum Return on Investment
Travel requirements:
• Travel across KSA and Dubai as needed
