Job Summary
Performs a variety of administrative tasks and functions in support to the CEO Office Director to ensure fulfillment of the objective set by the CEO Office.
Principal duties
l. Manages and maintains the regular schedule of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure that the
CEO is able to manage his schedule within the set time frame.
2. Arranges and keeps record of appointments, meetings and reminds the CEO Office Director at an
appropriate time.
3. Organizes meetings and/or appointments of the CEO office Director which includes coordinating with
persons concerned, schedule and venue arrangement and preparation of necessary documents needed in
the meeting.
4. Responsible for arranging events, activities and trips of the CEO (i.e. tickets, accomodation...etc)
5. Coordinates with walk-in visitors and/or requests for appointments with the CEO Office Director within
and outside KFMC to facilitate proper channeling of concerns.
6. Maintains confidentiality of Documents and information.
7. Directs patients to the proper person in order to facilitate the purpose of their visit.
8. Receives visitors from outside KFMC to facilitate the purpose of their visit.
9. Provides support and assistance to different departments by attending to their queries to ensure that
concerns are clarified and processed in a timely manner.
10. Prepares internal and external memos as required by the CEO and CEO Office Director.
