This job is responsible for improving KFMC culture by participating in designing and mainataining all KFMC departmental manuals. Organizational management specialist is expected to possess the knowledge and skills required to design, develop, review and maintain the KFMC departmental manuals based on national and international accreditation standards such as CBAHI and JCI. Should be able to design and maintain effective mission/vision statements, organizational chart, committees, scope of services, regulatory documents. Should be able to evaluate and re-engineer the business process of each deparments and administration within KFMC as well as identify the necessary policies and procedures that minimize the variance of execution.
