Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
- Manage ops staff deployment schedules:
-Collect, and consolidation of weekly manpower needs, prioritize and present to MSS Dir and Recruitment Director
-As a priority manage all staff shortages at top 5 customers, including International accounts and major projects.
- Training:
-Monitor weekly new recruits training results and control posting to customers as per needs/ priorities
-Plan and present Supervisor and site refresher training
-Present formal training courses to Ops and Project Managers.
- Customer visits:
-Plan and manage monthly customer site visit schedules (all levels)
-Plan, issue and monitor QC manager inspections program with inputs from MSS Director.
- Mobilization for large contracts:
Develop, issue and monitor mobilization plans for large contracts.
- Site instructions:
Ensure all sites have standard G4S site instructions.
- Ops Admin and Logistics:
Plan and submit quarterly logistical needs. Ensure Ops administration meets the Company policies and procedures.
- Roster verification:
Plan and manage all time and attendance verification every 15 days.
- Operations discipline:
Responsible for general and site related discipline
- Job Description to Operations:
Develop and issue KPI and JD's to all Operations staff
