The Role:
To participate in building the segment's roadmap according to the overall division objectives and KPIs. lead product launches, segment performance customer experience, Manages the day to day activities of Prepaid Segment team members
The Responsibilities:
Division strategy and vision:
* Participate in developing the overall data division strategy meeting the overall company objectives
* Participate in developing the Prepaid roadmap to meet the segments KPI's, and financial targets
Product Marketing:
* Manage products/services, and promotions from idea initiation to successful launch
* Monitor and provide Prepaid related intelligence reports with alignment with research team and sales and performing field visits for validations
* Initiate and develop the Prepaid propositions
* Lead the activities for a successful product launch with supporting functions (Research, Pricing/financial assessment, Marcom, Product development, business simulation, sales and customer service training
Products management:
* Provide and monitor products/ promotion performance assuring positive KPI's
* Prepare the required reports and dashboard
* Analyze data revenues and trends
Customer Experience:
Apply superior customer experience at all customer life cycle points from getting to know to leaving
