To ensure that all respective agents and employees confirm to the company’s safety rules and regulations.
To arrange Tool Box meeting on daily basis prior to start the work. To attend of all the Tool Box Meetings of all the Subcontractors on weekly basis and also checking the attendance of the workers in the Tool Box Meeting.
Fire and safety inspection for the daily work progress. Ensure subcontractors follow safety, health and environment requirements. Pin pointing the safety hazards and recommendation of corrective action at site on daily basis.
Development and updating the safety projects and health plan. Checking of Audit Reports of all the subcontractors on Monthly Basis.
Inspection of equipments of subcontractors on Monthly Basis and checking of inspection tags of equipments.
Inspection of Color Coding of Tools and Equipments on Monthly Basis
Monitoring Permits of job site and verifying the requirements of Permits
Participation in the Safety Meetings of Client and Subcontractors on weekly basis.
Preparation of Safety Reports, Safety Training Programs of Subcontractors.
Giving Safety Training to the newly comers/workers daily basis.
Organizing the Safety File Systems after monitoring the records.
Performing the duties of Safety Manager during his vacation/absence
Preparation of incidents/accidents reports and submitting them to the Client.
Issuing warning letters to those workers who were found against serious near miss.
Preparation of Hot and Cold Permits
Safety Report writing at the end of the job on daily basis for the information of client.
Inspection of Scaffolding Tags on weekly basis.
Inspection of Performance Stickers of equipments on monthly basis.
Inspection of deep excavation and proper use of PPE during work in deep excavation.
To maintain good housekeeping inside the site as well as outside the site.
To check the validity of permits at site on daily basis.
To give certificates to the Superiors/Foremen on maintaining good housekeeping at the end of each month.Candidates must be able to assist in preparing and implementing the project’s health and safety plan by developing policies and procedures for the protection of workers, property, equipment and the environment.
