 Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled sent out on time to project department with collecting all needed approvals.
 Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
 Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
 Speaking with customers using clear and professional language in both languages Arabic & English..
 Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.
 Organizing sales promotional campaigns.
 Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner when needed.
 Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments when needed.
