Primary Duties:
Identifies Project Roles and sourcing professional candidates for the recruitment team and providing opportunities for the development of existing staff to maximize employee potential and reviews performance of Saudization program, provide status updates, identify, develop and implement strategies. Ensures the business meets its Saudization percentage as set by the government.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Local hiring through career fairs at universities, direct recruitment through networking, usage of on-line tools and headhunters.
• International hiring through recruitment agencies
• Working closely with technical colleges for plant recruitment
• Manpower plans
• HRDF
• Usage of the Company HRIS for all data & reporting needs
• Creation of policies & procedures
• Deployment of testing tools for candidates
• Managing the recruitment team
• Perform screening interviews for all positions
• Ensure all SLAs are met
• Review of job offers & contracts
• Ownership of the orientation program
• Lead the Saudization (Netaqaat) efforts for the Company.
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
