SCOPE:
Describing the overall services of the specialized manpower by supplying the industrial market with the needed qualified &/ certified workforces.The objective of the specialized manpower services is to make the best use of the workforces and to ensure that the company can fully utilize them by means of renting them to the clients.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specialized Manpower Services Division Head has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the intended services are correctly functioned.
Prepare short and long term plans (forecast) for the division taking into consideration the expected growth and the market needs and liaising that the with Managing Director.
Prepare and maintain records of the manpower information: crafts, skills, nationalities, education, certification and experience.
] Analyze (back to back with the HR) the results of the exit interview reports to prepare an annual turnover study and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to management.
Advice the HR activities in order to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently.
Conduct employee certification training so that new employees are quickly integrated and certified for the purpose of providing qualified workforces to the clients.
