1. Maintain and updates all training manuals of Burger Nook to have an up to date manuals as per the operation needs
2. Keeping the training center neat and organized
3. Making new staff training program agendas
4. Conducting the training for any kind of positioned staff as per the time frame mention on the training time table
5. Participate to the operation meetings
6. Participate any new menu testing and giving the feedback to the Operations Manager and to the General Manager
7. Work closely with the Marketing and Development manager to know the new updates happening in the company and about the near future plans
8. Visiting stores randomly to follow up the staff performance
9. Review the staff evaluation reports and prepare the action plans and execute it with regards to concerned staff negative criteria to make it positive soon
10. Having weekly meetings with the Burger Nook food quality auditors to know the current performance of the staff
11. Submit monthly Training Report to the Operation Manager and General Manager which includes the stages of store standards and managers work standards
12. Conducting the standard review exams to Restaurant Managers and Duty Managers quarterly
13. Develop “Buddy Trainer” in all stores and monitor their performance
14. Assist by comments to the Operations Manager and to the General Manager during staff promotion selection discussions
15. Conducting Self-development courses for manager level an above
16. Conducting managerial skills courses
17. Conduct the Training for any staff who promote internally before he resume in the new position
18. Conduct the monthly “Refreshment Training Topics” ( given by the General Manager ) with the concerned staff
19. Participate monthly operation meetings
20. Participate weekly Store Operation Auditors meeting with the Operations Manager
