Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
1. Manage the warehouse by :
• Recruiting and training the warehouse team.
• Organization the receipt and dispatch of materials, goods, equipment and products.
• Ensuring full implementation of SOPs and guidelines: Quality, HSE, lean, product identification, housekeeping.
• Ensuring effective inventory management: short supply, bottle-neck issues, control and optimization of inventory level.
• Collecting and eliminating of plant solid wastes.
2. Production planning and supply:
• Preparing and implementing a master production schedule and delivery plan for the plant and prepare delivery deviation report.
• Liaising with Market SC to ensure an effective rolling-forecast process is in place; establish and implement directives for production planning and inventory control to conform to both long and short range finished goods requirements.
3. Import and clearance activities through:
• Follow - up for the clearance activity for the products, materials, tools, machines etc.
• Selection of clearance agent for each type - monitor their activities till materials are received at plant - Optimize cost and custom delays.
4. Customer services and KPIs through:
• Reduction of total time along a product axis from materials purchasing up to delivery of drug products to Saudi market ( process cycle time ),
• Interpretation of OOS & Alert report for market SC twice a month with action plan,
• Report with the Market SC the rupture report on monthly bases with rapture root cause analysis and action plan
5. Apply and manage Supply Chain Sanofi Tools SAP -GMID-M2-IMP by:
• Maintaining the materials master for all materials through SAP system (feeding, creating, modifying, deleting, and displaying under pin code).
• Maintaining the Materials Master for all materials on the GMID system ( feeding, creating,,modifying, deleting and displaying, under Global pin code)
• Completing follow - up of the demand and the forecast dispersion of all our SKUs through M2 - - monitoring the product shortage and its back order through M2- - Follow the plan is SAP Athena according to the demand received from M2- - Weekly adjust the plan in SAP Athena according to the demand received from M2.
• IMP (inventory management products) DCT intranet tool monthly reporting that our entire current inventory at the end of the month has to be balanced with the total inventory in the balance sheet.
