Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
1. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
2. Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
3. Comply with safety requirements
4. Communicate effectively with the department’s managers, the Sales Team, and the shift superintendents, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
5. Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.
6. Maintain production control records and provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems
7. Schedule, plan and conduct Morning Production Meetings
8. Schedule employee work hours
9. Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs
10. Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule
11. Manage the coordination and control of all jobs/work orders
12. Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations
13. Ensure the completion of all duties with a minimum of waste and abuse to equipment
14. Ensure employee safety training is conducted as required by Company Policy
15. Set KPI’s and monitoring the performance in monthly basis.
16. Ensure the reporting & accuracy of data
17. Participate & contribute in S&OP
