My client is a leading development company in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, boasting a large portfolio of existing assets, large profit lines and a big pipeline of upcoming projects.
Description
The Development Manager is required to commence a residential apartment tower project, taking the project from design/feasability to managing the asset. This project is in Riyadh and is a leading project for my client.
Profile
The suitable candidate must have;
- Full cycle development experience from design/feasability to asset management
- Residential highrise apartment development experience
- Native Arabic speaking skills
- Relevant degree
- ideally 10+ years in relevant management roles
