Position Summary:
Responsible of providing general medical specialty care, that meets clients, needs and requirements.
Essential Functions:
1. Direct and organize the overall work of the clinics.
2. Assure that all medical service provided are consistent with patient needs and with the current medical practices.
3. Recommend criteria for clinical privileges within department(s).
4. Assure quality, safety, and appropriate patient care through monitoring and evaluating service(s) provided.
5. Review and recommend clinical privileges / appointments for all licensed practitioners providing medical services.
6. Recommend type of physical resources necessary to meet medical care needs of clients.
7. Establishes medical staff Bylaws, rules, and regulations.
8. Prepare monthly meeting with the consultants working in major clinics to review findings from the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the quality of services and solving related problems.
9. Performs any other duties as required.
