• Fully accountable for the P&L delivery and manage concept’s growth (increased market share), market and property strategy in collaboration with/in line with Concept HQ:
• Execute country retail strategy and ensure implementation of the same
• Maintain optimum stock levels and drive business performance parameters
• Leverage customer insights, drive customer loyalty
• Implement brand strategy and optimize marketing spend
• Manage local supply chain to achieve optimum stock levels and markdowns
• Responsible for managing multi support function outcome
• Accountable for finalization of annual business plan, sales and operating budgets and monitoring implementation
• Manage project CAPEX control and new stores launch
• Benchmark and establish operational best practices and ensure consistency in implementation
• Monitor and analyze findings from competitors and market intelligence data and outperform competition
• Responsible for managing the teams’ development, training and performance through performance management & coaching to ensure succession pipeline is built at all levels in the concept structure
