Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Visit Logistics fields daily.
• Create and update SOP’s and documentation to support program
• Work with internal and external sites collecting information and aggregating data to support program and corporate goals
• Coordinate with sites, internal functional areas, legal, indirect procurement, finance, insurance and other Gilead functions to insure alignment and leverage existing practices
• Work closely and negotiate service agreements with different suppliers.
• Manage the strategic warehousing and distribution of inventory at third party logistic providers as well as supplier locations
• Drive practical transportation management solutions that leverage technology
• Insures that all service solutions of 3PL services are met to customers.
• Insures that the 3PL warehouses are up to the quality standards.
• Follow up and issue KPI reports to management and customers.
• Train and guide all operation team to quality delivery.
• Follow up and handle all guidelines to the city logistics operation.
