Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
-Participate in ensuring smooth flow of day to day activities within the Post Production Sub-Department under the umbrella of Post Production (coloring, video editing, sound engineering and VFX editing).
-Assist the Executive Producer/ Head in designing the flow of main processes and sub processes that are responsible to deliver the main target of the Post Production Sub Department efficiently and effectively, and ensure continual improvement.
-Implement Post Production activities as per assigned budget in accordance with UTURN’s strategies and direction.
-Oversee and supervise the post production team, by providing daily tasks regarding video editing, sound engineering, coloring, and VFX editing, and monitor results’ achievement.
-Meet with other departments’ staff in order to align on video/ film development and expected work.
-Ensure that sound editing activities comply with the predefined requirements from the Director and Executive Producer, and communicate feedback, insights and client perception to the Sound Engineer to reflect them accordingly.
-Oversee the visual effects implementation, and provide needed guidance to the VFX Editor in order to meet main idea and reflect client perception.
-Oversee the video editing activities with the association of the Video Editor, and ensure their compliance with the Director and Executive Producer vision.
-Supervise all coloring activities performed by the Colorist, and recommend amendments and enhancements as required.
-Develop schedules and plans for post production team on work implemented and to-be implemented, and ensure full alignment and adherence to them by all team members.
-Facilitate communication between the post production team and other production and production support teams, and ease information flow to meet expectations.
-Contribute to achieving the department KPIs targets.
-Ensure a proper training of newly hired personnel regarding post production activities, and assign gradual training schedule to provide proper learning of work flows and activities.
-Participate in subordinates’ annual evaluation and appraisal.
-Perform the needed reporting as requested by the direct management.
