Manage Expat recruitment cycle and maintain a strong database.
Select appropriate channels to publish vacancies depending on the position to attract the most suitable candidates
Review CVs obtained through the various publication channels and select suitable candidates
Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
Periodically update and review Job Sites that are subscribed to by the company
Conduct initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation documentation.
Manage internal database for qualified candidates.
Proven ability to handle work with outboard and international recruitment agencies for more than 2 years.
