Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the sales, operations, maintenance & servicing and end to end business performance of the Region in Saudi Arabia.
Additional responsibilities will include:-
- Managing operational performance of your region ensuring profitability, growth and delivery of all operational targets- Ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to across your region- Manage all client relationships and work with sales teams to foster business relationships and implementing initiatives to further drive growth and customer satisfaction- Responsible for all maintenance, engineering across 3 workshops and team of field service engineers- Ensure assets are utilised effectively to achieve optimum performance- Direct, develop and lead all managers and personnel to exceed all business targets across the region
Profile
The successful candidate will be and experienced Manager from the rental hire industry with the following skills and attributes:-
- Experience of working in construction, oil & gas, EPC industries relating to hire, rental of equipment and plant- Knowledge of powered access industry preferred, but the wider hire market knowledge and experience is essential- Strong communication, work ethic, motivation, organisation and leadership skills are essential to drive teams and business growth- Commercially aware with strong client interaction- Able to manage P&L, costs, budgets and cash flow- Knowledge of managing an aftermarket and engineering function which involves quick response maintenance and service for customers
