JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to create, plan, coordinate, and implement security measures for Industrial Security Department (ISD) with the best utilization of available resources, in order to achieve all ISD goals & objectives and ensure uninterrupted security presence at all times. Assist the Section Head in identifying the training needs and to develop and implement the training programs for ISD staff.
JOB CONTEXT:
The jobholder is accountable for planning & developing security measures with a focus on optimum utilization of existing ISD resources.
He is also responsible for TNA and effective development and implementation of the required training programs in ISD.
No financial authority given to the jobholder.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
Irregular contact with security superintendent, report work progress, take instructions and/or guidance from Section Head, Support Services.
External:
None.
