The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for:-
- Target Data Management
Responsible for assembling, analyzing & summarizing Target data information among all company levels & stakeholders.
Ensure adequate measures (KPIs) for tracking the Target distribution and phasing.
Responsible for assembling and allocating the individual accounts ownership by Sales, Market Access & KAMs.
- Managing sales transactions.
Coordinate / Validate with FLMs and KAMs for relocating recorded sales transactions to reflect actual movement of goods on timely manner.
Ensures recording, filing and tracking of sales transaction records.
Sales Incentive Planning (SIP):
Ensures that the country’s Sales Incentive Plan follows EM SIP principles, and GHH Global Guidelines
Ensures the target plan is communicated on time at all levels.
• Samples Management:
Ensure that sampling process is transparent and compliant with the local SOP and Marketing Plan.
Ensure samples reporting in accordance with the local SOP and regional guidance.
Provide management reports analyzing the samples distributed by field forces and reporting any deviations from SOP and outliers.
• Continuous Medical Education (CME) Events Management:
Ensure that CME events process is transparent and compliant with the local SOP and Marketing Plan.
Provide management reports analyzing the CME events execution to ensure alignment with marketing plans per customer segment and budgets allocated.
Provide management reports analyzing the impact of different types of CME events with different customers’ segments on performance results with recommendations for improvements.
