Job Responsibilities:
- Manages service employees productivity & efficiency & preparers monthly, Quarterly and annual reports.

Prepares Service operations annual budgets..
- Prepares service technicians sales/labor performance.
- Ensures proper Installation or equipment’s, testing and analyzes, and adjusts electromechanical equipment’s are performed.
- Ensures after installation a proper assemble of wires, insulation, electrical components & mechanical spare parts, hardware’s, and proper programing is performed.
- Review technicians' technical test results after installation & coordinate as applicable.
With /supervisors, technicians, schedules coordinates maintenance and repair works,
- Train technicians on proper repairing of equipment’s according to the manufacturers specifications and as per service manual..
- Utilize a variety of electronic test equipment and diagnostic software to determine defects and malfunctions;
- Maintain records of work performed and repair history of individual technicians.
- Prepare reports as per work requirements
