• Logistics
• Manage the entire logistics cycle from orders acknowledgment to stores deliveries by planning and creating cost efficiencies etc. in order to achieve timely delivery of goods and ensure financial viability.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on supply chain developments in order to enable the management in taking well informed decisions.
Relationship Management
• Establish, manage and maintain relationships internally and externally by communicating effectively and regularly so as to understand mutual business-related expectations.
People Management
• Manage, develop and motivate the team, by understanding their challenges and aspirations, in order to create and sustain a fully trained and engaged workforce.
• Support HR with conducting appraisals, investigating disciplinary issues, reporting policy breaches in order to meet the HR guidelines.
Warehouse and Stock Management
• Manage the implementation of the logistics’ policies and procedures and constantly update them in order to improve overall efficiency with regards to saved time and costs.
• Manage the warehouse from product receiving and dispatching efficiency, loss prevention, cleanliness and safety point of view in order to ensure that company liability is limited to an acceptable minimum.
Crisis Management
• Develop, implement and manage a crisis management program in order to ensure continuity of supply.
