Job Title: Stores Manager
Location: KSA - Jeddah

My client is a global leader in the Power sector providing temporary and medium power needs across the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. They provide turnkey power rental solutions to help their customers maximize productivity and profitability.
As the Stores Manager you will be responsible for the supervision of the company’s warehouse which includes but is not limited to stocking of spare parts, consumables and tools, inventory control and records, and related duties as required.
Essential Functions:
Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering and maintaining a perpetual inventory of spare parts, consumables and tools.
Responsible for stock balances, receipts and issues at all warehouses
Update the stock issues and receipts regularly in the JD Edwards ERP system, so that at all times JDE Stock Balance should match with physical stock balance.
Request quotes from the supplier as per the requirement and forward them to the service manager for approval
Maintain both minimum and maximum levels of each stock item and determine the economic order quantity (EOQ)
Assist service manager and management, to assess the future needs for spare parts, consumables and tools
Maintain supplier catalogues and addresses of suppliers
Coordinates with finance department as to policy and procedures used for purchasing and receiving stock
Coordinates with finance department as to methods utilized in record keeping
Coordinates with IT personnel as to changes or modifications in methods utilized to report store operations
Maintains positive public and employee relations
Arranges for physical verification of stock, as and when requested by the finance department
Asses the consumption and mark the stock items according to their movement and usage
Performs related duties as needed or assigned
