-To make sure that the customers received the computer invoices and correct prices at the time of deliveries and to check if the customers received the total quantity (cases) mentioned in the invoices.
-To ensure that the customers know about the promotional or free cases that they should be delivered to them base on the purchase quantity item and the customer received this quantity indicated in the invoice.
-To check if the prices given to these customers in accordance of AQS pricing scheme.
-To check if the customer paid the full amount of invoice received in cash or the C.R used his credit facility for the payment purpose.
-To review the contracts of the customers with AQS and make sure that the customers are received all their benefits mentioned in the contracts.
-To check the physical existence and monitor the properties such as pepsi coolers and others with outlets and report of any customers who are misused of these properties.
-How often the customers are visited by AQS personnel, particularly sales staffs and what the complaints of the customers for AQS services.
-Any other job assigned to him by supervisor or Finance management related market audit.
-Prepare report regarding the findings in the market on regular basis.
