1. Develop and define Sasref Public Relations strategies, policies and procedures to ensure effective role of the organization in supporting other Sasref business functions and processes.
2. Establish Key Performance objectives and indicators for the Public Relations and provide leadership and guidance to subordinates to help them attain these goals.
3. Review and decide on the Public Relations Organization's recruitment needs and ensure that resources are available to meet all requirements and perform the day-to-day work.
4. Develop and administer programs designed to enhance the Company’s public image and protect its corporate reputation.
5. Review and approve Company’s information that is designed for public release, speeches, advertisements, and articles or other information to be divulged or published outside Sasref by the Company’s employees.
6. Coordinate the visits to Sasref of officials and trade delegations, Government officials, the Royal Commission representatives, distinguished guests and management-sponsored visitors.
7. Represent the Company with all organizations of the Saudi Government, semi-Government, including effective discharge of Company’s obligations, protection of corporate privileges, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
8. Maintain regular personal contact with Government officials to promote sympathetic interest in, and understanding of, Sasref’s activities, objectives and issues.
9. Guide, advise and assist other Sasref’s Organizations in their business dealings and relationships with Governmental and semi-Governmental entities.
10. Oversee all Sasref’s corporate communications activities, including Arabic and English press releases, advertising, publications, prints, media production services, exhibits, VIP visits and receptions
11. Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with SASREF policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner
12. Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability
