Balubaid Service Equipment is one of the market leading Garage equipment suppliers and service providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as: Fuel Stations & Petroleum Equipment, Garage equipment, Machinery & industrial tools, Electrical & Air Conditioning system, Paint-Booths, Collision & Body Repair equipment, Diagnostic & Engine Tune-Up equipment, Air Compressors, Lubrication equipment, Lifts, Wheel alignment & wheel balancers, tire & brake system services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages central warehouse inventory and branches KSA inventory for all equipment’s & Spare parts.
- To maintain proper level of inventory supply for all SEQ branches.
- Ensure availability of required tools and equipment’s.
- Maintains records, replenishes stock.
- Plans for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts.
Performs proper monitor and maintain inventory control off branches equipment or tools.
- Evaluates inventory levels and ensures regular coordination with concerned branch manager of over stocking, slow moving items and dead stock notification.
- Coordinates with suppliers, orders, damages, claims follow and prices as applicable.
- Supervises pricing, receiving, stocking, distributing, and proper packing
- Makes sure branches comply with the internal ordering procedures and fill the necessary related formats.
- Communication with suppliers & placement of orders & follow up until arrival..
- Able to negotiate competitive prices with suppliers
