Our client is multinational company from construction industry expanding their team in Saudi Arabia.
Mission:
- give legal support in negotiations with the clients on architectural and construction issues.
- draft and negotiate main subcontract and supply agreements.
- provide support to contract managers and the rest of the team regarding legal matters arising from contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- deal with legal with land owners, public authorities and utility companies.
- supporting finance and administrative managers regarding bank documentations and agreements including, guarantees and letters of credit.
- liaise with external counsel in specialized legal advice.
- ensuring compliance with saudi governmental requirements and other licenses and requirements applicable.
- support in corporate matters in KSA.
